∎ In-depth understanding of the home appliance market, including consumer behavior, competition, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead the end-to-end product development process for home appliance products like Washing Machine from ideation through design, testing, and market launch.
∎ Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work.
∎ To Innovate, develop and implement new technology.
∎ Market analysis to develop a competitive product lineup.
∎ RM and Testing parameter preparation-related work.
∎ Analysis of Business and Product Value, Project Feasibility Analysis.
∎ Prepare training sessions about R&I, QC, process, Marketing & Production topics.
