Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the sole owner of the assigned product category to drive overall operations and achieve business targets.
∎ Plan, manage, and coordinate with related departments for smooth execution of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities.
∎ Ensure timely sourcing of products and components locally and internationally, maintaining top-level quality and specifications.
∎ Develop and finalize contracts/agreements including NDA, MoU, AMC, service, spare parts, SKD/CKD BOM, and pre-inspection checklists.
∎ Conduct monthly product training sessions for Sales Consultants and related teams to boost performance and product knowledge.
∎ Maintain SOP, IQC/PQC/OQC protocols, and drive process standardization and customization.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/HOD/Supervisor.
