∎ Minimum M. Pharm or B. Pharm from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successful management of assigned brands in line with company's marketing objectives and providing strategic inputs to generate business.
∎ Analyze brand and portfolio performance periodically, interpret the situation and act accordingly.
∎ Make annual marketing plan, formulate strategies for assigned brands, ensure the growth of existing brands, search for new products, conduct feasibility analysis and launch new products according to the need of the market and company objectives.
∎ Prepare promotional materials, conduct promotional events, train the field force, analyze competitor activity, market & sales trends, and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.
∎ Conduct field (Doctor & Chemist) visit to get first hand market experience and input these into marketing activities.
∎ Maintain a good professional rapport with doctors and medical professionals by making frequent field visits.
∎ Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
