Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement product wise marketing strategies and product wise yearly marketing expense.
∎ Plan & design product promotional tools like brochures, sales aid. leaflets, banners and other pintables.
∎ Collect market information, monitor market trends and prepare action plan.
∎ Collect requirements of CME/RTD/CLP from sales team and schedule accordingly and design product presentation, ensure logistics, venue and budget & expense management.
∎ Conduct introductory training session of newly joined employee, Product training, application & basic skills training to freshers.
∎ Prepare journal and required product information documents for sates team.
∎ Visit customers, customer training, handle customer complain & explain possible reasons.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the relevant fields or in any Pharmaceutical companies will be preferable.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft office program: Excel. Word. PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent analytical & reasoning ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadline.
∎ Ability to travel frequently.
∎ Ability of multi-tasking.
