∎ Proven track record of successfully launching consumer products from concept to market.

∎ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the end-to-end product development process for the cookware category, from ideation through design, testing, and market launch.
∎ Develop and implement a product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates to existing lines.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new cookware products.
∎ Ensure that all products adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve the product line.
∎ Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept approval through production and post-launch analysis.
∎ Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager (Cookware) to join our team. This role will oversee the entire product development process for our cookware line, from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and kitchen products, have a strong background in product development, and possess the ability to work cross-functionally to bring innovative and high-quality cookware products to market.
