∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Previous experience with Electric Geyser, Washing Machine or Home Appliance Products will get preferred.
∎ Should have experience in sheet metal processing, stainless steel polishing etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about Die, Mold, and manufacturing process.
∎ Experience in manufacturing industries will get preference.
∎ Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design.
∎ Previous experience with Electric Geyser, Washing Machine or Home Appliance Products will get preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for model launch of new electric geyser, washing machine and other home appliance product models.
∎ Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work.
∎ To innovate, develop and implement new technology.
∎ Market analysis to develop a competitive product lineup.
∎ RM and testing parameter preparation-related work.
∎ Analysis of Business and Product Value, Project Feasibility Analysis.
∎ Prepare training sessions about R&I, QC, process, Marketing and Production topics.
∎ Responsible for model launch of new electric geyser, washing machine and other home appliance product models.
∎ Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work.
∎ To innovate, develop and implement new technology.
∎ Market analysis to develop a competitive product lineup.
