∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Foreign procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the import operations of spare parts for mobile handset by proper co-ordination and interaction with cross functional team.
∎ Ensure smooth import operation of Project closing, FOC claiming & Re-order related issues.
∎ Supplier negotiation, Price fixing & confirmation of spare parts.
∎ Arrange to Send & Receive sample parts for R&D and related purposes.
∎ Follow-up LC/TT Payment, arrange shipment analyzing minimum freight cost, bank doc presentation, dealing with C&F to do assessment with proper CPC, HS code and duty, costing of imported items.
∎ Maintaining proper data base in ORACLE and other internal software related to commercial tasks.
∎ Analyze & make critical decisions regarding shipment mode of raw materials keeping freight cost in mind to keep the production process uninterrupted.
∎ To claim Replacement from suppliers regarding shortage and faulty items of raw materials collecting proper evidence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Prior experience in procurement & commercial related task
∎ Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
∎ Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships
∎ Analytical, Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and others
Salary: Negotiable
