Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma Engineer (Automobile/ Mechanical) preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Rate collection & making a comparative statement
∎ Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
∎ Properly recording of all receipts or issues including software posting in Tally ERP 9.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue documents properly.
∎ Count and measure goods received/ issued from Store.
∎ Physical inventory checking
∎ Prepare & produce various reports as per management requirements
∎ Updating all store ledger books
∎ Assist in material requisitions.
∎ To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes.
∎ Coordination for smooth functioning of Accounts Department and Engineering Department.
∎ To prepare & submit all reports on time accurately & professionally.
∎ Perform regular cycle counts of inventory materials and support in conducting monthly/yearly physical inventory counts.
∎ Maintain discipline in the Store and ensure the safety & security of Store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to operate accounting software, preferably Tally
∎ MS Excel must
∎ Hard working, energetic and honest
∎ Should have knowledge on Store/ Inventory
Salary: Negotiable
