∎ We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company`s supply of products and services. Procurement Manager Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager`s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people. This position have to work under direct supervision of Managing Director, Directors of Vivek Group. He or she has to play the key role to operate and developed the engineering departmental issues with all necessary attachment towards to the business.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka (Corporate Head Office)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals and price quotes.
∎ Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies with the
∎ Initiating department; identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.
∎ Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and offer information.
∎ Process requisitions into purchase orders using software and any resulting change orders.
∎ Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry,
∎ Opening mail, and completing and processing standard purchasing forms.
∎ Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
∎ Respond to inquiries from different Department regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and pricing information.
∎ Perform any other task is assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have 03-10 years' experience in reputed Real Estate Company or Construction companies.
∎ Must have Real Estate experience
∎ Must have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill
∎ Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy

Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & expriences of the candidate with atractive benefites packege will be provided as per company rules.
