∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for organizes and manages the procurement process for the project.
∎ Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
∎ Interface with other departments and vendors for all matters related to the procurement of Project materials, equipment’s and services scope.
∎ Develop in conjunction with Project Procurement Managers/Coordinators the Project Procurement Plan and Execution Strategy.
∎ Handle and manage Project RFQ’s, commercial evaluations.
∎ Provide procurement support when necessary and participate in price evaluations.
∎ Provide support to project cost controls in procurement-related activities, bid versus buy analysis and the preparation of cash flow plans for project purchases orders.
∎ Provide project procurement reports as necessary and undertake tasks, activities, and assignments at the direction of the Project manager and Construction Manager.
∎ Ensure procurement processes are monitoring and evaluate properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ BE Engineer.
∎ Total work experience at least 12 years (Compulsory).
∎ Experience in Construction/Engineering field at least 8 years (Compulsory).
∎ Must have experience of working in at least three (03) Building construction projects (Compulsory).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (In English)
∎ Experience of working in a foreign company (Japanese) will get preference.
