Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In IPE / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the installation and commissioning of equipment, machine and manufacturing lines.
∎ Prepare the project feasibilty analysis, project budget, project profile and project execution plans.
∎ Designing and execution of cost-effective modifications of manufactuing processes and equipment ensuring safety and reliability.
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
∎ Researching and implementing opportunities to make processes more efficient.
∎ Designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures and systems.
∎ Prepare the process parameters, master sample of products and Standard Operating procedure (SOP) of manufacturing lines.
∎ Inspecting the installations and observing the operation to ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
∎ Evaluating the manufacturing processes and developing automated and semi-automated systems.
∎ Introduction of smart material handling system in manufacturing line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in Manufacturing line especially Extrusion process, injection process and chemical processing
∎ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.
∎ Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
∎ Intensive knowledge on AUTOCAD, MS Office.
∎ Teamwork skills and Project management skills.
∎ Decision-making and Problem-solving ability.
∎ Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
