Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive detailed shift information from outgoing personnel and take necessary actions based on current plant conditions and operational status.
∎ Work closely with the Section Heads, Engineers/Asst. Engineers-Process, Lead Operation Controllers, Supervisors and Field Operators to monitor process parameters. Review laboratory analysis results and take appropriate measures to maintain parameters within defined standards.
∎ Execute proper actions during plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
∎ Continuously monitor plant performance to ensure that equipment and facilities operate within design limits, deliver on-spec products, and meet established performance targets.
∎ Evaluate the performance of equipment and control systems to identify degradation. Initiate maintenance or corrective actions as necessary, including bypassing, shutting down, or implementing alternative operational procedures for affected sections or systems.
∎ Effectively communicate plant status and key operational details during the handover to incoming shift personnel to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
∎ Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL) is looking for some competent and dynamic candidates for the position of Process Engineer (Executive/Senior Executive) – Operation at its Plant located in Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant operations, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting safe and smooth production activities.
