∎ BSc in Electrical & Electronics /Mechanical/IP Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Planning and monitoring, Production, Production Process

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process development of cellphone production
∎ Cycle time study and production line synchronization
∎ To train up manpower for maximizing the peoples efficiency
∎ To ready SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) as per BOM (Bill of material)
∎ To conduct trial production
∎ Production line fault reduction
∎ To prepare report daily, weekly & monthly and submit to line manager
∎ Process cost reduction through continuous development of process
∎ Innovation of cost effective process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work extra hour (if needed)
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Problem solving ability
∎ Willing to do shifting duty
∎ Good team player and target oriented

Salary: Negotiable
