Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Automation Introduction/Industry 4.0 implementation for WHAP.
∎ IoT implementation idea generation for WHAP products.
∎ Idea grooming for implementation of automation in WHAP.
∎ Process development for Blender Motor, Oven & Electric Kettle.
∎ Facility installation & Capacity improvement.
∎ Project feasibility analysis & new machine source with development.
∎ Manufacturing process cycle time assessment.
∎ Manufacturing problem analysis & various development report generation.
∎ Evaluate & Optimize current manufacturing process.
∎ Ensuring that production is cost effective. Ensure proper resource allocation.
∎ Wastage & Process loss minimization.
∎ Improves productivity by designing, implementing and testing.
∎ Manufacturing process troubleshooting and support for smooth production.
∎ Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
∎ Electrical & Electronics process troubleshooting for WHAP.
∎ Co-ordination with the maintenance team while any type of machine of WHAP gets damaged or faulty.
∎ SOP development for machine operation and Continuous monitoring.
