Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Process Designing and preparing price quotations of different types of ETP, STP, WWTP, Rain Water Harvesting Plant, WTP, RO Plant, Deep Tube Well, Swimming Pool, Booster Systems and all the related Equipment and instrument like pumps, RO membrane, Ion Exchange Resin Iron Removal Media, Air Blower, Air Diffuser, Screw press, Tube Pack, Metering Dosing Pump, WTP Vessel etc. in different industrial, residential and commercial sectors according to water/wastewater characteristics and client's requirements.
∎ 2. Oversees, assesses and modifies existing processes and workflows according to plant demand.
∎ 3. Estimates costing of BOQ of electromechanical items, design report, specifications and preparing technical documents of Government Tender Project of STP, ETP and other water and wastewater projects.
∎ 4. Preparing design report and supporting documents for DoE submission and approval.
∎ 5. Working on Zero Liquid Discharge projects followed by MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor), UF (Ultra Filtration) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) technology based on 3R Concept.
∎ 6. Analyzes total cost analysis including chemical and power consumption, operation and maintenance cost of the proposed plant.
∎ 7. Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve quality standards.
∎ 8. Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
∎ 9. Consulting with Lead Engineer to assess existing processes.
∎ 10. Interacting with vendors or customers on technical or design issues.
∎ 11. Collaborates with the design drawing team to plan the process.
∎ 12. Cooperates closely with our marketing person on technical queries.
∎ 13. Assessing client's needs, collecting inquiries and preparing proposals of different pumps, blowers, diffusers and other equipment as an internal sales,
∎ 14. Communicates with the inventory store department and get informed about the latest ready-stock product status.
∎ 15. Assembles reports to documents of proposal and client list status.
∎ 16. Updates online report regularly.
