Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ১.প্রতিদিন সকালে অফিস খোলা ও অফিস ডেস্ক পরিস্কার করা।·
∎ ২.অফিসের পরিচ্ছন্নতা রক্ষা করা।·
∎ ৩.অফিসের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।অফিসের কর্মকর্তা/ কর্মচারীবৃন্দের এবং ভিজিটরদের চা, কফি ও নাস্তার ব্যবস্থা করা।·
∎ ৪.অফিস সবসময় পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।·
∎ ৫.অফিসের সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি বন্ধকরণ নিশ্চিত করা.
∎ ৬.প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযায়ী যখন যে কাজ বা দায়িত্ব অর্পণ করা হবে তা সঠিকভাবে পালন করা
