নার্সিং/ মিডওয়াইফারি / সমমানের কোর্সে ন্যূনতম স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি;
পোষ্ট গ্রাজুয়েট (MPH / MPhil ইত্যাদি) ডিগ্রী।
নার্সিং শিক্ষকতায় ১০ বছর, প্রশাসনিক ৫ বছর ও ৫ বছর ক্লিনিক্যাল অভিজ্ঞতা। অথবা উপাধ্যক্ষ/অধ্যাপক হতে পদোন্নতির মাধ্যমে।
