Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing, Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Nursing
∎ PhD will be Plus
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Councellling, Documentation, Management, Report Writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure efficient management of SBF-NI for, effective and dependable education and training of the students.
∎ Assist and ensure necessary education and training of faculties and other employees.
∎ Principal is the Administrative Head of SBF-NI.
∎ Control and oversee the institute in accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Director General of Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) and Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
∎ Will be directly responsible for ensuring qualities of teaching to the learners.
∎ Look after the duties, discipline and welfare of all members of the college.
∎ Will initiate Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Report (APR) of all Professors and Dept. Heads of the institute.
∎ She will be responsible for placing demand keeping the utility in view, receive, maintain, proper use of all instruments, equipments and other stores of the college.
∎ Prepare annual budget for Nursing Institute and place it before Management Authority.
∎ Prepare annual academic calendar for the college.
∎ Maintain liaison with amongst the Governing Body / committee of SBF-NI.
∎ Prepare routine & distribute works to all officers as per prevailing rules.
∎ Visit all sections and classes of SBF-NI daily.
∎ The principal will be responsible for collection of different fees from the students and its deposition to the Account Branch of SBFNI.
∎ Look after discipline and welfare of SBF NI students.
∎ Ensure the expected standard of education through implementation of syllabus and course curriculum provided by the BNMC.
∎ Be responsible for admission of students in approved courses, students leave and migration.
∎ Administer and manage Nursing Students Hostel.
∎ Follow instructions and assignments given by the Management from time to time and abide by the rules and regulations of the organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Registered with BNMC.
∎ Must be have well in English & Computer skills.
∎ Has the leadership quality to motivate her team members
