Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Masters degree in any discipline, PhD
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Clinical skill, Computer skill, teaching and training

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Nursing, Teaching/ Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she must have required leadership abilities to run a Nursing College and proceed for the growth and development of the organization.
∎ Administrating rules and regulations as per the services rules / code of conduct, by laws of the institution to maintain efficient services.
∎ He/she will write annual confidential reports of all officers - employees, including professors, associate professors, assistant professors, he/she will write confidential reports of other officers who are acting as department heads.
∎ He/she will maintain direct liaison with BNMC, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dean Office, University of Dhaka and DG Office and will do the needful as per the regulations of those organization.
∎ Nurture a healthy environment of trust, cohesiveness & harmony on campus to address the expectations of all stake-holders - students, faculty, clinicians, other employees & others.
∎ Put in place a vibrant and responsive organizational structure & framework with clear lines of authority, responsibility and relationships to deliver on the academic and clinical goals of the institution.
∎ To foster academic relationships with other Centers of Higher learning both in Bangladesh and abroad for the benefit of the students and the academic fraternity.
∎ Direct planning activities, put programs in place with staff to ensure attainment of nursing college's vision.
