Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Plan, implement & evaluate curriculum and its administration
∎ Develop philosophy & objectives for pedagogical approach to learning
∎ Identify needs related to the educational program, evaluate & secure resources
∎ Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curriculum
∎ Monitor and evaluate teacher performance
∎ Review and implement organisational policies
∎ Provide guidance and counselling to teachers
∎ Conduct Trainings & Workshops directed towards performance improvement of teachers
∎ Counselling to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with local and international education institutes
∎ Overviewing administrative and operational functions
∎ Manage school logistics and budgets
∎ Personnel recruitment

Salary: Negotiable
