Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
• Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment standards.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate teachers and staff.
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
• Implement effective administrative and academic policies.
• Strengthen communication between school, parents and community.
• Organize cultural, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with the National Curriculum and other regulatory requirements.
