Education:
BSc engineering in any discipline from recognized university with at least 3 years’ experience as trade instructor (trainer)/vice principal or principal.OR candidate having diploma engineering with 5 plus years of experiences as trade instructor/vice principal, principal of any technical institute.
Preference will be given to the candidate having completion of NTVQF level 2-4 certificate.

Responsibilities & Context:
To be act as the representative of institute & ambassador to promote positive internal and external relationships.
Plan and supervise implementation of institutional education and training programs. Initiate development programs for the institute & mobilize resources for their implementation.
He should lead the whole team including trainer/instructor, students, staff and parents.
Make sure liaison in-between operation management team, district and upazila level govt. officials, NSDA, donors and others development partners.
Control over budget, financial record keeping and reporting, develop and time to time reviewing trade wise curriculum and also ensure project and session wise students enrollment.
