Job Responsibilities:
∎ Academic Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision and coordination of the syllabus and lesson plan of the subjects for that particular segment.
∎ Take overall responsibility for curriculum planning and its implementation with appropriate liaison with the Head of School and Vice Principal, Academics.
∎ Monitor the work of respective teachers in ensuring that the curriculum is delivered effectively to all pupils and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary, advised by the Head of School.
∎ Observe the classrooms and the students' activity during the class time.
∎ Provide Head of School, weekly information relating to classroom teaching issues and for appraisal purposes
∎ Take responsibility and perform regular meeting with parents and consult over students' progress.
∎ Advise and guide parents regarding curriculum issues and disciplinary issues of the school.
∎ Take responsibility for child safety issues as appropriate.
∎ Administrative Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure good staff relationships and effective communication in conjunction with other members of the Senior Management Team
∎ Monitor hygienic issue and tidiness of the campus regularly.
∎ Work with delivering professional training for all staff including quality teaching and mentoring.
∎ Undertake any professional duties, reasonably delegated by the Head of School.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized knowledge in academic year planning and implementation.
∎ Ability to lead teams with tested outcomes.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Good level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written).
∎ Teaching experience in reputed English medium schools.
∎ Conduct training session for faculty
