Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Specialized professional and/or formal education in school administration, instructional leadership, or educational leadership is highly preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Teaching/ Training, Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Curriculum/ Program Development, TOT (Training of Teachers)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
College, School
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The principal would be overall responsible for managing the day to day of functions of BHKSC.
∎ He will take necessary steps for improving teaching quality of the school. Provide necessary support to teacher and office staff for their work smoothly.
∎ Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.
∎ Resolving conflicts between students, teachers or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.
∎ Directing assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year.
∎ Developing emergency response plans for schools as required by government education agencies. Filing reports and updating as required.
∎ Record keeping as required through the use of various logs, tracking records, computer programs, inter or intranet software or other programs which has related with academic affairs.
∎ Should have experience : ( Teachers evaluation process, Student evaluation and motivation process, daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly routine preparation, academic calendar preparation, Syllabus execution and close monitoring regarding to lecture and lecturer and other stakeholders)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Teaching and administrative experience as a Principal/Vice-Principal with reputed school/ College
∎ Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
∎ At least 10 years experience in similar position in Bangla/English-medium, international schools will be preferred.
∎ Familiar with educational requirements in South Asia, (specifically in Bangladesh)
∎ Evidence of leadership abilities (successful projects, program accomplishments, etc.).
∎ S/He should familiar with school operating software.
Salary: Negotiable
