Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Specialization on handling the any Training & Testing Canter's the administration, instructional leadership, or educational leadership may be given as additional preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training Testing Center Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the authority on regular basis to ensure the overall operation of the Training & Testing Center.
∎ Assist the organizing committees for the proper functional activities to improve the learning/ teaching process.
∎ Liaise with the government, BMET and external agencies as & when required.
∎ Resolving any types of conflicts (if at all happened) between the worker and management in a befitting manner definitely with consultation and the higher management.
∎ Should be capable to organize the classes and training of the worker.
∎ Should set up a full formation of Training & Testing Center as management require.
∎ Developing emergency response plans Training & Testing Center's required by the government or management.
∎ Record keeping as required through the use of various logs, tracking records, computer programs, or internet software or other programs that are necessary related to the training affairs.
∎ Should have the experience in evaluating the different types of language and have knowledge about rules and regulation of Ministry of Expatriates, BMET and BOESL.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Teaching and administrative experience as Trainer with reputed Training Center.
∎ Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
∎ Familiarity with educational requirements.
∎ Evidence of leadership abilities.
∎ He should familiar with operating software.

Salary: Negotiable
