Education:
∎ Bachelor/Master’s in Architecture from an IAB-accredited university (Advanced preference for graduates from BUET, CUET, KUET, AUST & BRAC).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the in-house architectural design team, ensuring excellence in design, delivery, and innovation.
∎ Provide conceptual direction and supervise all project phases—from design to execution.
∎ Design and manage a variety of building types: residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use.
∎ Ensure full compliance with RAJUK, Jolshiri Abashon, and IAB guidelines and approval processes.
∎ Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and external consultants.
∎ Oversee preparation and review of master plans, detailed design, working drawings, BOQ, and 3D visualization.
∎ Mentor junior architects, interns, and support a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
∎ Attend site inspections, authority meetings, and approval hearings as needed.Oversee development of:
∎ Detail drawings and material specifications for approval
∎ Interior and exterior finishes (including common areas)
∎ Gymnasium, pool, and community spaces
∎ Reception and lift lobby interiors
∎ Landscape and lighting design
∎ Conduct research and development to diversify the design portfolio.
∎ Generate 3D views based on modified drawings when required.
∎ Ensure site visits by consultants and team as needed.
∎ Visit active project sites regularly.
∎ Support Marketing Department with presentations and design kits.
∎ Modify designs in response to Sales requirements.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants.
∎ Organize interdepartmental meetings to foster synergy and enhance performance.
∎ Maintain project oversight from inception to completion, coordinating with Project Heads.
∎ Monitor and align construction progress with the Master Project Schedule (MPS).
∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Architect to lead the architectural design operations of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate must be IAB registered, and board-enlisted with RAJUK and Jolshiri Abashon, with strong leadership skills to manage the in-house design studio. A sound understanding of all building typologies—residential, commercial, institutional, industrial is essential.
