Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in any subject, but Education (B.Ed.) is preferable.
∎ Applicant have completed O' & A' levels (English Medium Background) or possess IELTS 6.5 minimum certificate will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Hindu Religions & Bangla.
∎ Job Location: North Gulshan 2, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an experience and understanding of how to teach children aged 3-12.
∎ Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately gauge student performance.
∎ Must be able to keep accurate records of assessment data.
∎ Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.
∎ Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners.
∎ Should be able to demonstrate lessons, and teaching methods employed in previous jobs and their outcome/effectiveness.
∎ Should be we apt to teach all reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Teaching/Training and it should be included in the CV with dates of joining and leaving.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience with PROOF of track record.
∎ Must be able to show teaching aids and previous mock tests/lesson plans.
∎ Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Rubrics grading system a plus.
∎ Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy a plus.
∎ Any teacher's training completed is also a plus.
