Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering/B.Sc In Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design plumbing system, drainage network, fire suppression 'sprinkler' system residential and commercial building.
∎ Design the project of the clients specification and then include information about necessary materials, size of pipes and requirements for installations and drainage.
∎ Use CAD to visualize the piping and fixtures.
∎ Prepare detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply system for all residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Perform regular inspection of all equipment's and materials and assist in fabrication of same if required.
∎ Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment's and maintain knowledge of all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
∎ Collaborate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for all plumbing projects.
∎ Assist to allocate CAD design for all activities and ensure compliance to all client timeframe.
∎ Evaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.
∎ Install various commission pumps.
∎ Administer all plumbing work and provide certification to all contractor bills.
∎ Perform regular inspection of all materials and works for plumbing activities.
∎ Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing associated work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable in any reputed real estate or construction company.
Salary: Negotiable
