Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil
∎ Candidate passed from public university will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plumbing Design Engineer for design, quality control, and supervision estimation work having high level of intellectual and professional knowledge in specification in items of works especially in high rise building plumbing & sanitary work.
∎ Detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems for all residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Perform regular inspection on all plumbing & sanitary equipment's and materials and assist in fabrication of same required.
∎ Collaborate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for all plumbing projects.
∎ Evaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.
∎ Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all residential and office/commercial buildings
∎ To supervise installation & commission pumps.
∎ Perform regular inspection of materials and works for all plumbing activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate sector
