Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university with minimum 07 years work experience.
∎ The Candidate must have the Membership of Institute of Engineers (IEB).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Design/Drawings with Calculation of Plumbing and Sanitary works of different private and public buildings.
∎ Preparation of as-built drawings of Plumbing and Sanitary System of any existing project, Preparation of Report on assessment of the existing conditions with necessary data and references.
∎ Preparation of Detail Cost Estimates, Tender Documents and related works of Plumbing and Sanitary Works.
∎ Preparation of Work Program, Appointment of Contractors etc., Follow-up the Construction Schedule, maintain the quality of construction works and finalize Contractor's measurement bill.
∎ Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Operation and Maintenance works of any private or public building.
∎ Meeting with Client and related professionals of any Project.
∎ Overall knowledge in design and construction of building.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicant must have expertise in MS Word, MS Excel, Auto-CAD etc.
∎ Minimum Five years Work Experience and some Training in Plumbing and Sanitary works.
Salary: Negotiable
