∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): commercial Plumbing, Plumbing BOQ, Plumbing Design, Residential Plumber
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Plumber having experience in multi storied building.
∎ 03 - 05 years of work experience from reputed company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
∎ Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
∎ Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
∎ Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
∎ Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
∎ Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates. Follow building plans and blueprints.
∎ Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
∎ Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
∎ Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
∎ Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
∎ To follow instructions provided by the Supervisor accordingly and promptly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
