∎ Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in the reputed hospitality industry or group of companies.
∎ Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and practices.
∎ Workable knowledge on English both oral and written.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
∎ Assemble and install water heaters, sinks, toilets, faucets, and other plumbing-related appliances.
∎ Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, or equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs promptly.
∎ Respond to emergency plumbing situations to minimize downtime and inconvenience to guests.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
∎ Work closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Communicate effectively with hotel management regarding repair schedules and any major plumbing concerns.
∎ Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
∎ Monitor plumbing supplies and tools, and report to management when inventory needs replenishment.
∎ Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service and experience, Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems, Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
∎ Attends work on time and as scheduled.
∎ Follows hotel grooming, hygiene and dress standards.
∎ Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.
∎ Keeps immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
∎ Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
∎ Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote co-operative and harmonious working climate.
∎ Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
∎ Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers.
∎ Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and Fire life and safety operating systems.
