Job Context:
∎ cGMP based largest homoeopathic medicine manufacturing company in Asia sub continent is looking for some promising candidates for the following positions.
∎ Job Location: Uttar Bhuigor, Fatullah, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Factory managers has to play vital roles in action planning, production, operations and quality management of products.
∎ Ensure conformance by conducting training to personnel regarding Quality, product safety, wastage saving, GMP awareness, HACCP, Personnel health hygiene, environmental and occupational health safety management system, etc.
∎ To supervise the entire unit of workers and to oversee plant operations.
∎ To ensure the safety and quality control issues of the production perfectly by following pharmaceutical industry standards/standard operation of procedure.
∎ If there are any quality related issues, the plant manager has to find out the reasons and ensure that it is not be repeated.
∎ To Manage the worker activities, their duties and monitor it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the plant. To attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training. Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant. Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
∎ Monitoring the entire operations of the manufacturing plant
∎ Profound Knowledge on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
∎ Pharmaceutical Analysis
∎ Pharmaceutical Calibration / Validation
∎ Process Validation
∎ Documentations
∎ Knowledge on Regulatory Affairs
∎ Knowledge on Production Machinery and QC Equipments Employment Status
∎ Provide support in quality oversight for drug substance/product manufacturing activities including review of executed batch records and subsequent batch release/disposition.
∎ Develops and maintains a phase-appropriate Quality Management System
∎ Identifies and establishes appropriate quality standards, specifications and parameters for products.
∎ Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
∎ Write and revise standard operating procedures for the Company, as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years directly related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least five years' experience leading a major manufacturing, quality operations or supply chain function in a manufacturing plant.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GMP skilled to prepare GMP based documentation and also for training , Quality control, Any kinds of pharmaceutical plant/factory, factory management, Factory Operation, production, Managerial Skill, Production Management, Production Operation Management,
∎ Must have excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
∎ Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with and influence different functional groups at all levels of management.
∎ Minimum age limit 40 years
∎ He must have direct knowledge about production line and must have sourcing knowledge about row materials.
∎ Plant manager must have expertise about product composition & knowledge about formulation.
∎ He should have good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written.
∎ Factory/Plant manager has to be a good decision makers of analytical and operational actions.
∎ Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
∎ He must have to possess an outstanding managerial skill. He has to be a very open-minded who can practice equality.
