∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interface with operations of assigned plants daily, including but not limited to monitoring and reporting out on plant health, monitoring and reporting out on plant efficiency, monitoring and reporting out on equipment operation, identifying shortfalls in plant operation, and recommending operational improvements.
∎ Develop and monitor key performance indicators for oxygen plant performance.
∎ Develop SOP that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
∎ Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
∎ Develop operational knowledge around air separation units, nitrogen liquefiers, and liquid-to-gas driox units.
∎ Ensure the production output, product quality and on-time supply to consumption unit.
∎ Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
∎ Lead continuous improvement of all applicable safety, environmental, quality and compliance programs
∎ Drive compliance with all operating permits, environmental regulations, and process safety elements.
∎ Share a trusting relationship with work group, manage and develop plant staff
∎ Executing any function that may be assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Plant Manager of a continuous process oxygen plant or managing in the industry gas industry.
∎ Experience in Air Separation - Including an advanced understanding and hands-on experience of the operation and maintenance of cryogenic air separation plants and associated equipment and technologies.
∎ Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose & solve issues with process and plant equipment; and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Salary: Negotiable
