Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, IPE, Mechanical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Change Management Initiatives, creativity and innovation, Plant Operation, Process Excellence, Project Management, Strong leadership
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory organization to achieve world class performance in terms of quality, costs & productivity, flexibility, customer satisfaction and employee’s involvement.
∎ Support GLOBAL APPLIANCE LIMITED(GAL) brand value creation strategy and deliver sustainable competitive advantage.
∎ Responsible for influencing footprint strategy, cost change and availability.
∎ Lead the definition of factory master plan and guarantee the operative management of the factory functions.
∎ Responsible of factory P&L and turnover.
∎ Ensure an institutional relation network managing external relations with country and local authorities.
∎ Drive and further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant by leading transformation process and by establishing and developing best operational excellence practices.
∎ Play active role as a leader of operational excellence implementation.
∎ Support roadmap definition and ensure alignment of FMP process with profit plan.
∎ Lead further improvement of the principles of operational excellence (lean manufacturing, Materials Management Strategy, etc).
∎ Cooperate with HR in ensuring the correct local management of industrial relations.
∎ Ensure communication of vision & strategy.
∎ Manage & execute HR processes.
∎ Improve high performance team culture, team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation.
∎ Drive own team to act as catalytic element for the entire factory.
∎ Enable the right level of cross-functional cooperation.
∎ Ensure appropriate development, training and coaching.
∎ Provide leadership and mentorship inside/outside the entire team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 52 years

∎ Master in operation like Cost Leadership, Customer Quality, Innovation, Price & Margin Realization
