Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical/IP/Electrical) from a reputed institution with good academic scores.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that plant operations are aligned and functioning smoothly and that the manufacturing plant is producing the desired results.
∎ Coordinate with customers regarding delivery planning.
∎ Track and monitor production rates at various stages of production and find out the root cause of production-related inefficiency. KPI monitoring and tracking actions.
∎ Track and analyze departmental budgets.
∎ Develop operations policies by evaluating and enforcing policies for products and inventory receipts.
∎ Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology for reviewing various ongoing processes and project execution. Like ODPS implementation, Lean CI, Digitization initiatives, and several others based on requirements.
∎ Coordination with Plants on various Statutory compliances and licenses and monitoring the same through Monthly Statutory MIS.
