Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop project schedules and plans using project management software.
∎ Monitor project progress periodically (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) and update schedules as needed.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable.
∎ Preparing Method Statements and Working Procedure for work execution.
∎ Identify potential delays and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
∎ Analyze project data and prepare progress reports for client and senior management.
∎ Ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.
∎ Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that project requirements are met.
∎ Inventory management.
∎ Manage project risks and identify potential issues before they become problems.
∎ Design calculations for shutter / temporary falseworks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and management.
∎ Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and software
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify trends.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office and other project management software.
