Educational Requirements:
∎ Planning Engineer candidate should have Graduation in Engineering preferably in Civil Engineering disciple and have the following capabilities -

Additional Requirements:
∎ Shall be capable to develop the most suitable and economically viable construction plans and schedule/sequences for all project delivery for complex nature project and perform regular analysis of all schedule trends.
∎ Should be well versed with Microsoft Project software used for Scheduling of the project activities. Capabilities to use other scheduling software like Primavera P6 would be highly appreciated. He should know advanced Microsoft Excel for data visualization if required & Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
∎ Shall poses keen interest to collaborate with construction managers, engineers and other professionals for monitoring and tracking project progress and rescheduling all planning activities for projects.
