Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Architecture/Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering (03 Years Experience )
∎ Diploma in Architecture (05 Years Experience)
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (05 Years Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in 2D AutoCAD.
∎ Preparation of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Plumbing Design drawings, shop drawings and AS Built drawings.
∎ Maintain drawing files.
∎ Provide technical assistance using drawings, rough sketches for specifications, and calculations made by engineers and quantity surveyors.
∎ Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by the project engineer.
∎ Interact with project engineers and contractors to accurately create drawings during the design process.
∎ Printing of Auto CAD drawings in big format printers e.g., HP Design jets with proper scaling as & when required.
∎ Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and any other as required for the project.
∎ Closely work with engineering teams on guidelines of installation drawings which meet the project requirement time to time.
∎ Ability to prepare all service coordination drawings.
∎ Suitable qualification in AutoCAD.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years' working experience in a similar capacity.
∎ Be able to work as a Draftsman with minimum supervision by creating drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions and according to the site measurements.
∎ Need to be a good team player to work with the Managers, Site Engineers, and Project Engineers to produce and alter drawings.
∎ Should be willing to work extra hours whenever needed.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCAD.
∎ Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English & Bengali.
