Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BSc. Engr.) in Civil Engineering (Preferably MSc) from BUET, CUET, RUET of equivalent.
∎ Familiar with FIDIC contracts.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for analyzing contract agreements for civil contract implementation awarded by government Entity.
∎ Managing all aspects of the project time, cost, and reimbursement claims in compliance with FIDIC contracts.
∎ Over seeing important legal documents and ensuring that any issue which arise are resolved quickly.
∎ Liaison & coordination with Consultant/Engineer/Employers.
∎ Work programme, cast in-out flow, variation proposal & approval from engineer/re- Conciliation of the project work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Minimum 2 years in the similar position and at least 5 years' experience with reputed Construction Company.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill in English.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
