∎ Strong experience in LT, HT and EHV cable manufacturing is essential.
∎ Additional certification in Production Planning, Supply Chain or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Material planning & monitoring.
∎ Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
∎ Release raw materials order based on material requirements planning (MRP) & Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
∎ PR, PO, LC status checking of released raw materials order.
∎ Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials.
∎ Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns & report to operations head.
∎ Ensuring minimum stock levels of every RM.
∎ Monitor & manage inventory levels to meet minimum inventory holding days.
∎ Find out slow & non-moving items & try to minimize those stock.
∎ Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) to manage raw material order, inventory accuracy.
∎ Create regular statistical reports and update to others stakeholders.
