∎ B.A/BBA from any UGC approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule various daily activities like internal & external meetings, interviews, etc., and prepare approval documents related to international & local travel, household expenses, work permit, visa, etc
∎ Verify business cards request, benefit allowances, international travel, etc. as CCO Office & other commercial points of contact
∎ Communicate and collect feedback from internal stakeholders regarding Overtime Justifications, attendance status, resignation issues, salary issues, etc. as per requirements
∎ Prepare and seek approval of petty cash expenses for head office and other units of the customer care department
∎ Maintain documents related to resignation, transfer, appraisal, IT service, personal documents of expat etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of relevant experience
∎ Basic knowledge of MS office
∎ Good understanding of office management
∎ Good knowledge of secretarial work
