• Skill in SS, MS, GI, Carbon steel pipe fitting jobs.

• Skill in identifying and resolving mechanical issues in machinery through effective troubleshooting.

• Sufficient knowledge in SS, MS, GI, Carbon steel pipe fitting

• Familiarity with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Strong machinery troubleshooting and problem-solving knowledge

• Knowledge on safety procedures and guidelines related to equipment maintenance.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work both independently and collaboration with team as needed

• Execute piping installation, modification, and repair works in ongoing projects and operating plant units as directed by the Team Leader.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to ensure maximum reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.

• Respond immediately to breakdowns, diagnose faults accurately, and carry out effective repairs with the fastest possible resolution to meet production and stakeholder requirements.

• Actively contribute to spare parts optimization and initiate at least one improvement task per year to reduce operating costs or improve service speed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and material consumption.

• Coordinate closely with production teams and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks, optimize shutdown planning, and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
