Education:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Physiotherapy with one year long internship from any Govt. approved university/ institution.
∎ Experience in working with NGO will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years (as per NID card).
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Must be willing to travel frequently.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic with time management skill.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the ability to work independently requiring minimal supervision.
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Should have competency in MS office package, email and web browsing.
∎ Must be a non-smoker.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Rendering therapy services to patients/clients.
∎ Organizing physiotherapy camps.
∎ In appropriate cases, advising assistive devices.
∎ Coordinating all programs concerning physiotherapy.
∎ Advising patients and their families about self-care treatment/ interventions.
∎ To be responsible for the safe and proper use of physiotherapy equipment, patient appliances and aids for patients.
∎ Maintaining all documents relating to therapy services.
∎ Undertaking any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
∎ ASA, the largest microfinance organization in Bangladesh is providing physiotherapy services through its 32 Physiotherapy Centers (in addition to, 12 Integrated Health Centers and 81 Primary Health Centers). Currently, ASA is looking for a qualified Physiotherapist for one of its physiotherapy centers located across the country.
∎ Rendering therapy services to patients/clients.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Maximum Salary: 41,400 BDT (Monthly).
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the selected candidate as per ASA's rules and regulations.
∎ Maximum Salary: 41,400 BDT (Monthly).
