Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be responsible for coordinating all programs concerning Physiotherapy. Here are some general guidelines:
∎ Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and functional needs. Use clinical reasoning and specialized assessment techniques to identify the underlying causes of their conditions.
∎ Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and the patient's specific goals. Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions, exercise programs, and modalities to address their needs.
∎ Therapeutic Interventions: Administer a range of therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy, to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall functional performance.
∎ Rehabilitation: Provide rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions. Design and implement programs that promote recovery, pain relief, and restoration of normal movement patterns.
∎ Education and Counseling: Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Provide guidance on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their overall well-being.
∎ Monitoring and Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Use outcome measures and objective assessments to track improvements and ensure optimal patient care.
∎ Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and progress. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guidelines in handling patient information.
∎ Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and advancements in physiotherapy. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having good command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Strong commitment to working with disadvantaged people with special needs.
∎ Strong Teamwork skills.
∎ Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Power point
