Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Telesales
∎ Develop and expand relevant KPIs
∎ English/Bangla fluency is compulsory
∎ Follow-up with patients by phone or email on a timely manner
∎ Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into the database or CRM after the call
∎ Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Diabetes Store Ltd.
∎ Explain products or services and prices. Answer questions to patients.
∎ Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need analysis at all prospect levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be Registered under Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh (PCB)
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment get preference.
∎ Speaking clearly and persuasively in English/Bangla in positive or negative situations
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task
∎ Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
∎ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
