Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh (PCB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and expand by meeting relevant KPIs.
∎ English/Bangla fluency is compulsory.
∎ Strong E-commerce Knowledge is compulsory.
∎ Verifying and Processing daily orders.
∎ Generating policies, innovative idea, procedures & planning for the business development and related activities.
∎ Build and sustain strong relationships with DGDA.
∎ Visualize and Innovate scopes of businesses.
∎ Strategist Standard Marketing & Sales Policies.
∎ Review Monthly Sales Target vs. Achievement.
∎ Justify Achievement Variance.
∎ Plan, set and proceed feasible target to achieve within timeline.
∎ Identification development opportunities.
∎ Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy.
∎ Research, prospect and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.
∎ Identifying potential projects and pitch the best solution after consulting with responsible team.
∎ Highly motivated, dynamic, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be Registered under Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh (PCB)
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce get preference.
∎ Ensuring proper and adequate verification of prescriptions.
∎ Act as a POC for inventory management and suppliers.
∎ Speaking clearly and persuasively in English/Bangla.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task
∎ Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
∎ Ability to work with company legal dept. for legal issues.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
