Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Pharmacy
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the need of clients and consultants and promote suitable products to them in line with the Pharmacy stock.
∎ Prepare requisition of medical and surgical products keeping pace with the
∎ Procurement committee for Smooth operation of the pharmacy.
∎ Assess market price of products to be procured from time to time and support the
∎ procurement committee in procuring the best product at a competitive price as and when required.
∎ Work with sales team to develop strategies and to ensure a peaceful dispensing
∎ environment.
∎ Build positive relationships with the customers, consultants, doctors and nurses
∎ working in the hospital.
∎ Prepare list of short-dated medicine and exchange them with the fresh products of respective supplier.
∎ Prepare inventory of the products in collaboration with the manpower of admin,
∎ accounts and related departments on the last day of every calendar month and submit the inventory report to Director within 2 (two) days after completion of the inventory.
∎ Liaise with the OPD and IPD consultants together with the indoor doctors to keep
∎ them updated with the available products in the pharmacy of the hospital.
∎ Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
∎ Ensure necessary safety of all products stored within premises of pharmacy including warehouse & report to Management on daily sales & overall stock condition of warehouse .
∎ Organise periodic meeting with the suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply of the essential products in accordance with the demand.
∎ Any other duties of similar nature which is not covered by the above item & that may be assigned to you by the Hospital Management in the interest of the patients as well as of public service during emergency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years in Hospital Pharmacy (OPD & IPD) .
∎ Age 22 to 32 years on 30 September 2022 (Age limit may be relaxed for deserving
∎ candidates)

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
