Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and checking medication prescribed to the patient.
∎ Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient.
∎ Making Purchase indent to fill medicine requirements
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including prescription logs, inventory records, and regulatory documentation.
∎ Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to medication dispensing and storage.
∎ Urgent local purchase of medicine by informing purchasing dept.
∎ Identify & solve wrong indent and regular spot inventory checking
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.
∎ Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
∎ Keeping accurate customer records.
∎ Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
∎ Any other task assigned by authority.
