Job Context:
∎ As a lead generator, it`s your job to set up appointments and contact potential clients. As a sales-Service engineer, Promote the equipment and solutions that we provide to potential clients. Together with the client.You should be able to identify where our solutions can assist the client in improving his production.
∎ Generate 60 new leads per month.
∎ Arrange and succeed in attending 15~20 appointments with potential clients per month.
∎ Receive 20~25 RFQs for Equipment with our scope of supply in a month.
∎ Receive minimum target of orders in a month fix by authority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active sales of pharmaceutical Machinery, Spare parts and Consumables in the Bangladesh Market.
∎ Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers.
∎ Analyze client demands and solution requirements by doing a needs analysis.
∎ Serve as the first line of pre and post-sales support to customers.
∎ Lead customer RFQ process and provide technical input.
∎ Lead customer presentations, and product demonstrations and work with decision-makers on product selection.
∎ Attend Marketing events, including international trade shows.
∎ Request pricing and technical information and perform customer follow-up communication.
∎ Traveling within all districts of Bangladesh, following up with current customers and new customers and projects.
∎ Supervision of startup and commissioning of the sold equipment.
∎ Follow up on customer complaints and technical problems.
∎ Excellent knowledge about URS, FAT, SAT, Equipment Qualification ~ DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ in Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ Submit client visit reports to your management on daily basis. you should also submit reports to your management weekly basis on project status, highlighting hot jobs, won jobs, lost jobs, problems faced and new ideas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English both written and spoken form.
∎ Online CRM (Customer relationship management) knowledge is a plus.
∎ Experienced in sales of equipment or machinery is a plus.
∎ Good connections in pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
∎ Ability to frequently travel inside and outside Dhaka.
